Urban Capture the Flag

Urban Capture the Flag is a social game of Capture the Flag that is being played throughout neighborhoods of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Areas throughout Vancouver are scouted out for playability and maximum player potential. They are then tested out in games. If they play well they are added to the map repository for future games.

Urban Capture the Flag was founded by Jordan Downie, Oliver Koth-Kappus and Stefan Klopp while in a somewhat inebriated state of mind. When they sobered up they realized the potential of Urban Capture the Flag and organized the first match on May 18, 2009. The first match was a huge success and the rest, as they say, is history!
